Legislative Decree No. 231/01 introduced into the Italian legal system the administrative liability of corporate bodies and companies to be established in criminal proceedings (tertium genus of liability). The liability of companies and the sanctions associated with it are linked to the commission of offences by employees, staff and/or persons in key positions within the company organisation.

Inmatica, aware of the need to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities by its management, bodies, employees, collaborators and all those who work with the company in any capacity, has decided to adopt an organisational, management and control model and a Code of Ethics, which form an integral and essential part of the same.

Inmatica, in accordance with article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/01, has also set up a Supervisory Board (ODV), with a monocratic composition, with the task of supervising the functioning and adequacy of the model adopted by the company.
