FiberSight is a CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) start-up, which was founded following the completion of CEO Tiago Neves´s PhD on the development of a novel kilometre-range distributed fibre sensor at CERN. It was created with the hope of being the vehicle for the transfer of DFOS know-how from CERN to the market. FiberSight team specializes in photonics and has extensive experience working with distributed sensors with chirped and frequency-scanned OTDR laboratory interrogators

The Salento Biomedical District is the biomedical hub founded in Lecce in 2021 by an initiative of the University of Salento, CNR Nanotec, the Center for Biomolecular Nanotechnologies of the Italian Institute of Technology and Medtronic Italia, and is aimed at creating a platform through which to convey, develop and implement biotechnological culture, pooling academic and industrial experience for the creation of value in the HealthCare and MedTech sectors.

The Center for Biomolecular Nanotechnologies, established in 2009, develops materials and devices at the micro and nanoscale for enabling technologies for the human body, fostering real time monitoring of health, wellness and sport performance, new assays and tools for nanomedicine and new technologies for renewable energy harvesting and saving. CBN activities span from TRL1 to TRL7, exploiting high performance computation, for designing new materials and devices at the nanoscale, and full prototyping and testing capabilities in state of the art front-end and back-end facilities.

Inmatica is a member of Microsoft Partner Network at Silver level for the following areas: Messaging, Application Development and Collaboration and Content. Microsoft's Silver competencies allow Inmatica to certify its specific skills and differentiate the quality of the Services offered to its Customers, providing objectively recognizable and measurable added value. As a Microsoft partner, Inmatica benefits from a customized set of tools, training and direct support.

Inmatica is a member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) at the Silver level. As such, Inmatica can resell products from the Oracle 1- Click portfolio, a robust product portfolio containing midsize company-specific versions of popular Oracle software and hardware and Oracle Database Appliance. In addition, as a partner at this level Inmatica can benefit from Oracle Cloud Services offerings and make them available to its Customers.

Inmatica has established a formal agreement with the Department of Innovation Engineering at the University of Salento, with the aim of promoting research and training activities on technology innovation issues. The University of Salento is a state university in Apulia, founded in 1955. It can count eight departments, which are: Mathematics and Physics, Innovation Engineering, Economics, Legal Sciences, Biological and Environmental Sciences and Technologies, History, Humanities, and Cultural Heritage. It is headquartered in Lecce, with some decentralized locations in the municipalities of Monteroni di Lecce, Mesagne and Brindisi.

High Performance Computing Lab is the Laboratory of the Department of Engineering at UniSalento that carries outresearch activities related to parallel and distributed computing including grid and cloud technologies. Currently, the main research focus is the design and analysis of highly optimized sequential, parallel and distributed computing algorithms for data mining, machine learning and deep learning applied to different application domains. Inmatica is constantly collaborating with HPC Lab with the aim of initiating joint research activities over different application contexts.

Inmatica is formally recognized as a “supported enterprise” by Dhitech Scarl, Distretto Tecnologico Pugliese High Tech. Dhitech is a public-private consortium established under the Framework Program Agreement signed in June 2005 by the Apulia Region, the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) and the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE). The District's main mission is to support innovation in the regional social economic and production system.

Inmatica delivers training on Artificial Intelligence topics in collaboration with INFN, National Institute of Nuclear Physics, which is the national public research organization, supervised by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), dedicated to the study of the fundamental constituents of matter and the laws that govern them. It was established on August 8, 1951. It carries out research, theoretical and experimental, in the fields of subnuclear, nuclear and astroparticle physics.
